Rusca House Policies Cancellation: Full payment is due unless
we are notified 10 days per room in advance of your scheduled reservation
date. If we are able to
re-book your room(s) to another guest, we will offer a refund for the
number of room(s) re-booked.
Smoking: The Rusca House offers smoke free environment. Smoking is allowed on the porches and galleries.
Pets: Sorry we do not accept pets at the Rusca House
Children: Sorry we do not accept children under the age of 13.
